Sister Roma
“Roma was so excited to host Match Game SF she _______ her pants!” Fill in the blanks with Sister Roma, columnist, talk show host, MC, gay icon and 24-year member of San Francisco’s notorious Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence.

John Hell

John Hell is quite possibly the most talented of all the pseudo celebs in this town. He thinks he’s all that. He could probably have been a doctor, or something of importance, but instead he decided to spend his time building pirate radio stations that have no chance in succeeding, and MCing events that always implode in the end. Pray for him.

David Hawkins

David Hawkins is a San Francisco based stand up comedian who has performed all over the United States including the SF Punchline, The LA Comedy Store and The National Queer Arts Festival as well as appearing on “One Night Stand Up” on LOGO TV. He is also the producer of several weekly shows including Blue Room Comedy-an “adults only” First Amendment filth-fest and Toolbox- a drag and variety show. He was the host of the very successful Shock Cinema horror film series in Dallas, TX. He loves Charles Nelson Reilly.

Andie Grace (Action Girl)

For more than ten years, Andie has helped Burning Man to hold the space for this diaspora to connect and express itself online, offering support for those actions and striking the balance for Burners to promulgate community and collaborate outside of Black Rock City, while staying true to and aligned with Burning Man’s principles. In her description, given that the culture is intensely participatory, the organization’s job is only to provide a framework for expression and community; often, she says, this feels like “running to keep up with the front of a hundred different parades that keep growing and growing– while describing every amazing thing you see along the way.”

Andrew Sarkarati

Andrew lives in the Mission (obviously) and can often be seen zipping around on his bike on the way to practice with his band La Corde or towards La Palma to buy nopales tortillas for one of his Taco Thursday dinner parties.  When he’s not exploring the neighborhood for neat things to post on Mission Mission, he helps design video games for a demanding rodent overlord.

The Sporting Life

This agreement will confirm the understanding between SPORTING LIFE (“Sporting Life”), a California band with a principal office located in San Francisco, CA, and ROCK MUSIC FANS (“RMF”), regarding the creation by Sporting Life and listening by RMF, as detailed herein, of kickass rock n’ roll tunes (the “Sporting Life Singles”), which such tunes are created by recording the amplification of sounds caused by: (i) the vibrations of an assortment of wooden stringed instruments, including, but not limited to, Guitar (“Keith Brasel,” “Andrew Gomez,” “Ryan McGee”) and Bass (“Mike Soss”); (ii) an electronic approximation of the act of striking steel cords with a felt-covered hammer, thus creating a vibration at the resonant frequency of said cords, such approximation being more commonly referred to as “keyboards” (“Keith Brasel,” “Andrew Gomez”); (iii) the rhythmic striking of a set of membranous percussion instruments with wooden sticks, such activity being colloquially described as “drumming” (“Terry Yerves”); and the use of controlled and sustained vocalizations at such pitches and rhythms as to serve a complementary function to the sounds created by the various professional musical implements described herein, such vocalizations as shall hereafter be known as “singing” or “vocals” (“Keith Brasel,” “Andrew Gomez”).
